Women in Touch - Introduction
Kawana Touch Association is hosting a Women in Touch introduction program!
Created by Queensland Touch Football (and supported by the Queensland Government), the program is an enjoyable, relaxed, and social environment for girls and women (15 years and up), to come and learn the fundamentals of touch football.
Kawana Touch and Queensland Touch Football’s collective aim is to inspire women to come try touch football and gain CONFIDENCE, get ACTIVE and most of all, have a heap of FUN!
The program is targeted at women (and girls) who have become less active or who wish to become more active; are motivated to have a go, and who wish to thrive with like-minded people.
Women in Touch is a 6-session program, 1 hour/week where participants are introduced to the foundation skills of touch football with easy and fun drills and small games.
Best of all, this program is tailored to ALL skill and fitness levels, in particular those with little or no touch football experience. Get your friends and family together and come join the Women in Touch program.
